All adoption paperwork may be handled through email, fax, regular mail, or phone.  This is a major breakthrough!

FREE shipping of these horses is available now to one of 4 facilities to help alleviate the adopters travel expenses to some degree.  The 4 facilities are: PVC in Nevada, Elm Creek in Nebraska, Paul's Valley in Oklahoma, and Ewing in Illinois.

Any one who responds from the horsetopia posting via email can be sent a PDF file containing the adoption application.  They can mail or fax in the completed application.  They can use a credit
card over the phone or mail a check/money order  for the adoption fee.

All of these horses are offered for the base adoption fee of $125.  This is a first come first serve program.

Load out dates are set for the 4 facilities so the adopters will know before hand when they can expect to be able to pick up their horse.

Financially, this program is a win-win.  The adopter doesn't pay anything more than the base fee and they receive free transportation.  The BLM is paying for transportation but they would have paid for transportation anyhow if the horse was going to a satellite adoption.  NO money has been spent for advertising.

This program also benefits folks West of Reno, such as California, by presenting pictures of horses that they can adopt without the need to travel to Nevada Twice.  They can adopt the horse as described above and simply show up at PVC to load out.
